The minutes of the November 21 teleconference were approved. Steve to place in public archives. 2. The IESG approved publication of Management Information Base for Frame Relay DTEs as a Draft Standard. Steve to send announcement. 3. The IESG tentatively approved publication of the following as Proposed Standards: a. MIME E-mail Encapsulation of Aggregate Documents, such as HTML (MHTML) b. Content-ID and Message-ID Uniform Resource Locators c. The MIME Multipart/Related Content-type A new version of is needed (Must needs to be defined). When the DISCUSS votes are removed, the protocol action will be sent. 4. The IESG approved publication of PIM Sparse Mode specification as an Experimental Protocol. Steve to send the announcement. 5. The IESG approved publication of X.500 Implementations Catalog-96 as an Informational RFC. Steve to send announcement. 6. Consideration of Graceful renumbering of networks with DHCP was not done as the Internet-Draft expired (was deleted) the same day it was submitted for consideration as an Experimental Protocol. A note was sent to the requestor pointing this out, stating the the Internet-Draft would have to be resubmitted before the IESG will consider. 7. Allison read a draft IESG statement she wrote to be included with Application REQuested IP over ATM (AREQUIPA) . She is to send the text to the IESG, and Steve will include it in the IESG message to the RFC Editor. 8. The IESG approved creation of the Large Scale Multicast Applications (lsma) WG in the Applications Area. 9.
