Good work on the fire, but that really doesn't look like ice. Ice should be
translucent and reflective. I didn't see it until I read the description.

The pervasive reddish tone makes the otherwise nicely executed snow and ice
elements rather hard to recognize for what they are.  Also, a point of view
that made it clearer that the "main character" is waist deep in the ice would
have been helpful.  Overall, a nice effort though.

Nice creepy atmosphere.  Overall the contrast is a tad low ... some black areas
would have added to the menace, at the moment the colours look a little
washed-out.

The image is interesting and the concept of fire is strong but the concept of
ice is weak.  Not sure if that is cloud or ice.  A close up of the dragon
melting an ice sculpture would have been a nice touch.
