Nice image, though personally I didn't immediately realise what had happened,
and that lack of impact really undermined the emotion of the image. It might
work better if the tricycle was more obviously damaged.

Some specific points: the plants really need a proper leaf texture, not just
bright green. I agree with your own comments on the tyre mark plus I'd like to
add that it looks too large unless the car had really wide tyres, also I'd
expect to see front & rear wheel skids on top of each other rather than just
one. I think the bare tree in the shadow works well from a dramatic point of
view, just kill the foreground plants and make it winter.
