Even with that railing there staircases such as this make me feel uneasy.  I
mean,  the railing might be at waist height when it's right next to you, but
two stairs away it's at a perfect level to trip up your ankles and send you
downwards.  I guess what I'm trying to say is that you've created an image that
prompts a good emotional response.  Good modeling and lighting, though the
purplish stair texture is a bit confusing.  Excellent perspective as well.
