The water is done very well.  It looks quite realistic.  
Although you mention using a fur macro, the cat still 
seems to appear too smooth instead of furry, but maybe 
this is because of the distance.

Pros: Good looking ground and water with realistic reflections and lighting.
Excellent composition. 
Cons: The cat looks so artificial... I'm not fond of focal blur, also. Imho it
is a slight stretch on the topic, but whatever. The colors look a little bit
too faded, some real black should be present for instance in the crevices
between the stones.
