(1) I like the modeling and placement of the candys and the toilet itself.  The
focus of the image is on the change.
(2) The outhouse looks like a plastic toy but I don't think you meant that.  If
you did, put other plastic toys in the back-left and back-center -- otherwise,
I think you have just misplaced or mis-scaled the wood textures.
(3) (I only add this because you actually call them M&M's) The candies that I
have eaten have a high phong/specular, but I don't remember any reflection.

P.S. The euphemism for needing to go to the bathroom is "the call of nature",
not "the force of nature."
