Oh, for the want of an area light!  You put together a nice scene with great
vegatation and water.  Better lighting would really make this shine!  (If the
render time climbs to insane levels you could drop the fog and add focal blur
instead)

Nicely composed scene overall.  The only two things 
which don't seem to fit well are the moon (doesn't seem 
to match the level of realism of the objects) and the 
smoke (too bright and solid seeming).

Pros: Interesting take on the topic. Visually appealing picture with a good
choice of colors and nice details.
Cons: composition is a bit on the crowded side. Some stronger lines to guide the
eye from the apple in the bottom left corner to the moon would help make this
picture really striking. The grass is a bit plain. The falling apple seems
suspended, maybe some trail behind it would help...
