I am a cat lover myself, but contrarily to the artist, I think cats are very
able to fend for their own when abandoned (which they should not be...).
Anyway, the cat's gaze is well done. However it does not convey the idea of
catastrophe but clearly an intense interest in something (good or bad) with
which it will cope presently...
Textures are too flat, not enough depth. Background is absent.
