The concept is great.  I loved the various poses of your figures.  It added

must have taken some time.  The floor is a bit distracting IMO, a different
color than his shirt would be better.

The overall effect is good, but the lighting on the puppet's "skin" is off, 
perhaps too much ambient value? Good use of radiosity.

The concept of toys living their own life was preset by Toy Story and brought to
the extreme by A.I. The feel is a little bit plastic - not what wood is
supposed to convey.
