A good concept and the perspective hightlights it well.  Of the two areas that
dominate the image, the grass and the sky, the sky could use some improvement. 
Perhaps media clouds or another 3D effect rather then a simple pigment.

I like the image, particularly the grass. The clouds are the one thing that
detract from the picture. Also, making the floating dandelion seeds a bit more
visible would have been nice.

The dandelion flowers are well-modeled.  The inversion of perspective (normal
things looking big to something small) doesn't work so well for this topic,
though.  The clouds are also crashing into the horizon; putting the texture on
a horizontal plane will help.  Nice image, overall.

At first glance this looks like a very simple image, but when you take a closer

The grass and dandelion seeds are excellent, but I would have liked a
more realistic sky to go along with this. The texturing on the grass 
is excellent. I would have liked to have seen a glimpse of the "tiny subject"
as a size reference.
