IMAGE DESCRIPTION:
For Idea concept I mixed some elements of past cultures like Roman Empire and Greek Mythology and
a bit of traditional RPG elements, Dungeons and so on.
DESCRIPTION OF HOW THIS IMAGE WAS CREATED:
All the modelling job was done in 3dsmax, then I ajusted the lights and textures
I was trying to extract the best from the default scanline because it´s pretty fast, so
I spent a lot of time on configuration of lights and rendering tests. I used also Shag:Hair
for the feather of the captain´s helmelt and reactor cloth for his cloth,. 
I used Illustrator to make the shield bump map and Volumetric Light for the blue fog up the monster.
for Post correction I used a bit of contrast to improve a little bit the dramatic effect and to 
add the credits text. Ah, I resized the image to fit 250k requirements to enter the competition, original size is 5183x3965. That´s it. :)
