An interesting image.  I  liked it but a bit more detail on the front most
objects would have helped give perspective to the rest of the image.  Perhaps
something in the air (a transport ship of the same genre as the buildings)  and
a horizon that is blurred out....

Yes, nice try. I would have liked some more randomness in the shape, size,
position of the towers, not to forget the texturing (in subtle ways). Now, the
scene is too flat.

Nice work placing the objects.  The random coloured elements work well to break
the monotony in the scene.  The sea seems too solid and too bright a blue.  The
sky is also somewhat bland, but this may work better with the mood of the scene
than one with clouds...
