The angel's body looks over all pretty good.  Some shading and hair added to the
texture might have made him look less like clay.  I would have liked to see
some kind of background also.

Nice look, but I could use a little more background 
since I'm not familiar with the Hellblazer comic book.
The wings are great, though a little inconsistent with 
the rest of the image. More info on how the image was
created would have helped the technical score.

I llike the upper body, but the head, hands, and joints of the angel are off.
The hair is a little funny too, but stylized in a way I almost like. The sword
just doen't look like it has the same attention payed to it.
