If the building was made previously by someone else, and the cars were
downloaded from the internet, what did you actually create? The sky is nice
but doesn't rate much of a score...

From leoszilard@yahoo.com:
Clean and very simple. I think the model works, and the textures are the weak
point. I think some atmospheric affects would help. Overall the building and
the tree are good, the ground, sign and textures could improve.

Good use of a photograph for the sky, and the framing of the shot (camera
position, etc) is very nice. The building structure is good, I particularly
like the tree in the middle. The lighting is good, but would benefit from soft
shadows. The only problem is the materials you've used all look very flat, bump
maps would help a lot. I'd expect more graniness on the building materials and
the repeats in the grass texture are obvious.

You're on the right track to make beautiful images, but unfortunately you don't
seem to have an artistic sense... An artistic image would have movement, would
tell a story, have a past and a future... and all this in a still image...
When looking at your picture, I see a very nice render of a blue-print! Try
working on the concept of you future IRTC submissions!

I liked the nice clean lines on this image. Simple but some appealing. Perhaps
a closer image with more details would have been a better choice. I note the
repeating texture pattern in the lawn. The pillars needed a bit more texturing
fo realism as well.

From hildurka@simnet.is:
Good composition, the perspective gives good depth. I was, at first, a little
puzzled over the area inside the garage door, it was supposed to be in the
shadow from the roof, but the inside area is way too bright. Remember, electric
light, no matter how bright, can never compete with direct sunlight, it is
always far more dim. Apart from that, this is a good scene and an interesting
example of architecture.

a what if kind of what?

From chris_hormann@gmx.de:
Good work on the building, the shadows could be more realistic and the
lawn in the foreground looks very flat. Mentioning that the sky is from a
photo would have been quite mandatory.

Seems to me that it violates the rules - previously modeled !
