The hanging objects and chains look really realistic. The tower itself isn't
quite as good because I can see how it's built. I'd suggest adding more
details, rounding off some corners, and doing something about that stretched
texture that's on the sides of the rooms.

I like the lighting and background, and the overall feel of the piece.

You're on the right track to make beautiful images, but unfortunately you don't
seem to have an artistic sense...  An artistic image would have movement, would
tell a story, have a past and a future...  and all this in a still image... 
When looking at your picture, I see a very nice render of a blue-print!  Try
working on the concept of you future IRTC submissions!

I liked your image even though it was less detailed than others I rated lower. 
Why?  I think the dramatic angle of the camera, I think the attention to detail
like the reflection of lights of the lower edges of the structures, ets.  Nice
image.

Great work on the materials and the lamps. Interesting idea of architectural
form, very futuristic.  Overall light from overcast sky looks realistic and
convincing. This scene is one of my favorite in this round.

Nice work creating the futuristic feel - the camera angle 
works well.  In my opinion, the highlight effect on the 
bottom right of the building from the lamp seems to 
strong for the scene.
