A solid entry. Only the ladder is a bit too visible (compared to the sewing
machine).

Wow, nice work!

My partners father is from Italy. He can go on for hours describing his life
over there. It closely matches your picture. My mum always wanted one of
those Singer sewing machines.

I like it :) Lots of details everywhere, and, at least for me, that's what
matters most of the time.

Somehow I think you used the same horse that I did in my Fallback picture ;)

Nice modeling & textures! Good use of sphere_sweeps on the chair. IMHO image
could be a bit brighter to bring out more color.

Thanks for including the higher res image in your zip file.
Great job on the scene and models.

I like the amount of detail and the use of the background space to give a
time orientation.

From irtc_mail@yahoo.co.uk:

At first sight this looks good but as I looked around the scene
I kept noticing things that spoiled the overall impression.

Different parts of the building join too cleanly. A lot of the
wood textures seem too plastic compared to the shelf in the
top left corner. The floor looks blurred underneath the
foreground chair legs making the chair look like it is floating.

All these things are just minor points but one thing did stand
out. The bright checker pattern above the horse attracts too
much attention to itself for a background object.

Excellent modeling and great composition! The image is a bit soft, and some
of the objects seem to float over the floor or walls. Perhaps bolder textures
and/or more contrast would help. The wood texture for the door frame is
scaled a little large, and the windowframe a little small. Great texture on the
sewing machine, awesome modeling too! Lots of great details; I looked at
this one for some time, enjoying all the great work and wonderful little
touches.
