Good interpretation of theme.  Some things you may want to fix up are some more
fins for that poor fish, and get that chunk of ice looking more like ice, but

The ice looks fairly good in this image - the air bubbles 
are a nice touch.  The pool of water looks somewhat 
awkward, as the pattern of light and dark is too strong.

I like the ice surface, though it_s a little dark inside. The frozen 
bubbles are excellent! The reflection on the floor seems to have a very
sharp edge...or is that water? The fish_s eye is great.
