You can see an landscape reflection in the pill, it shows illusions caused by drugs.
DESCRIPTION OF HOW THIS IMAGE WAS CREATED:
I used CSG operations to create the pills and radiosity lighting and a sky sphere to obtain a realistic picture. The plane use bump normal to simulate grainy shadows. I also used pov depth of field. the reflect commes from an image map.
