I find it hard to fault this picture, it looks almost perfect! The textures,
lighting, objects, terrain, water, etc. all look great. My only suggestion
would be that some cloud reflections would look nice, and could add realism.

A decent picture. The boats could've used some waves coming from them,
especially the speed boat, but the focus is on the landscape anyway and I liked
it. Maybe the time to create two pictures was better used in focusing on one.

Boats should not be equadistant from each other.  Placing them in a triangular
pattern reflects a very improbable depiction of an event such as this.

i rather liked this, tihink it was well done and everything seemed to be in line
with the concepts and intent of the competition. I wasn't really that taken
with the boats i think you could have done a better job and been more

Not bad.  The water doesn't look very realistic, the islands are too bumplike,
and the motorboat looks like it's floating over the water.  I kind of like the
lighting, but it needs more well-defined shadows.

The scene has some very realistic detail, notably the palm trees and the 
shorelines where the sand seems to emerge from the water.  I also like this 
image for its formal or compositional elements.

Very interesting archipelago.  The beaches are too well 
groomed.  Need some irregularity and driftwood.  If the 
boats are not becalmed, there should be a bit more motion 
to the water.
