The shadows look a bit strange, particularly on the right hand side of the
picture. Maybe they're too sharp? There's also a few lumps and bumps that look

I like the view you've chosen for this scene. My only complaint would be the
texturing on the far canyon wall seems out of place with the rest of scene,
mainly because it looks like you forgot to texture it, or didn't give the
texture as much detail as everything else.

Interesting idea and nice to see a somewhat different terrain shape and
point of view than in most other scenes.  Critique: The terrain shape lacks
the fine structure one would expect and there are various visible mesh
artefacts.  The reflections in the water look quite jaggy.

Excellent work modelling and texturing the canyon walls.  
The far wall looks somewhat out of place as it is 
"faded."  If this is an effect of the fog you mentioned, I 
would recommend either making it more obvious that 
there is fog, or taking the fog out altogether.  Placing 
rocks of various sizes throughout the scene helps to 
create a more realistic environment - good work.  I also 
find the water a little too reflective to be realistic.

I normally like wide aspect ratio images, but I think it is taken to an =
extreme here.  The arch approaches so close to the top of the image, =
that the image feels "cut off".
Really nice features.  Yes, it is spectacular.  I wish there was =
something in the scene to add a better sense of scale: I could imagine =
this arch to be anywhere from 12 to 140 feet tall.
