Nice concept. With the reflection in the visor and volcano explosion it would

Although it surely does not look like that on io (jupiter would have to be
larger, the lighting of surface structures and jupiter is not consistent), the
scene has a pleasant look, i especially like the stars.  The raster on
the mountain is quite strongly visible.

Io is a good subject for this round.  The sulphurous 
volcanoes offer many possibilities.  The execution falls a 
bit short.  I understand the yellow glow to represent the 
eruption, but the lava looks too much like some aquatic 
slug.  The lava surface needs more noise.  If you want 
"smooth", you should avoid "shiny".  The stars are also in 
need of a makeover.  Consult any of the several excellent 
star macros and include files available for ideas.

The glow in the crater does a fairly good job of 
conveying the sense of activity, although I agree a 
violent eruption would have been more spectacular.  
The lava should also be made more luminous - it doesn't 
really give the sense of being hot as it is now, as some 
parts of it are dark.
