Superb idea. I know some people might count it as not being a landscape, but I
think it is :)

Excellent first image, keep it up.

From shay@simcoparts.com:
This looks a little dull now. A visible hint of what might be behind the fence
would add a lot of interest.

From chris@ugan.com:
You sure are cutting it close with that topic part.....

From maarten_hofman@hotmail.com:
It's a pity you can't actually see over the edge...

From awesomeamazingaaron@yahoo.com:

Great idea. Like the "suicides must register." But there are no coin slots in
the binoculars! Do you truely believe that a society could be so idealistic as
to allow free binocular usage!? Surely you jest!

and, no spitting.

From ruy@hipernet.com.br:
great concept (and that's it)

From batronyx@alliancecable.net:
If it's the edge of the world, what did they land on? Should be nothing, which
leads to the question: "What landscape?" :) A very interesting twist on the
topic nonetheless.

From charliemc@prodigy.net:
nice picture i just don't think you are staying with the game plan

From Sardook@telocity.com:
For some reason I really like the pay binoculars.

From martin@simaltech.com:
This is a real "Omigod! You've got to see this entry!" kind of picture. Good
work!

From chris_hormann@gmx.de:
Interesting idea, the floor tiling looks somewhat unrealistic but it is
definitely an interesting interpretation of the topic. But where are the
dragons and monsters?

=====
From clem@dhol.org:
Interesting conscept. Needs more scenery, less
construction. Look over the edge. Bare tree roots,
crumbling rock with embedded fossils, clouds way, way
down...

From ive@lilysoft.com:
Reminds me of Terry Pratchett.
Nice idea and a great work for the short time you are using POV.

Excellent idea for a spectacular landscape! The street
lamp and telescopes are modelled well. My feeling is
that the tiles should be closer together, and maybe have
a little more height.

From glenn@mccarters.net:
Heh heh, very clever concept. I like the "accidental" sky.

From hgregory3a@aol.com:
nice first effort and the story in your txt file is a side splitter. really like
the warning signs, good trash bucket.

Nice concept but it doesn't seem to work for me....
Notable for originality
