Very commendable. I like that you used loops of cones rather than just simply
using a macro. The modelling is fair, the wood is nice. Good use of CSG.

The fur made of cones turned out quite well. Judging by the render time and
the hardware used, it was obviously quite render intensive. Do you find that
cones work better than tiny triangles for this work? I think triangles 
would
have the advantage of being faster to render, but I'm not sure what effect
this would have on the texture such a construct creates.

The fur looks really good.  The teddy bear is also 
modelled well, with the only major "defect" being the 
mounting of the eyes and nose, which lacks the 
expected indentation into the bear.  I feel that the 
phong or specular highlight on the furry part of the 
detracts from its furriness.

Background is too sparse.  Parts of the teddy seem a bit 
too lizardlike, rather than fuzzy.
