Step back a bit--the image too intimate for a real sense of isolation. Have a
scene with 4-6 cells where the ceiling is visible.

yeees man ! great work. nice detailed bucket, fine textures - and a lot of work
done to the character (i know your modelling interests in everything having
done by yourself...).

Ahh! I't Jean Valjean when he comes inside! (Another horrible Les Miserables /
Toulon joke)...

Not bad. Good attention to detail.

Fantastic bucket.

I liked the textures and fire.

I like the nearly-monochromatic color scheme.

From p_chan@shaw.ca:
The lighting for the scene is done well - it really looks as
if it were coming from the flames, and gives the image a
nice dark feel. The textures all look fairly good, but the
flames could use some work. While the flame on the left
looks fine, the one on the right gives the impression that
it is empty in the centre, with the flames sprouting from
the sides.

Some nice modelling here... the doors and stool look
particularly good. I like the texture on the bars a lot.
The stones seem a bit too perfect and clean to me,
though.

From clem@dhol.org:
Concept okay but skewed. If there is indeed a lot of
symbolism here, it is much too obscure. Requires a
telepathic viewer. Flames just tolerable, but the lighting is
okay. Frenkly my first impression is "ghostly flasher".
