I like the effect of blurring for the background and great job with the hand. I
do suggest that maybe you use a coin to scratch the tickets. Kind of difficult
to scratch with a thumb, if you know what I mean.

There is nothing easy about money - even when you have some! Nice
use of focal blur. Good modeling. Artistically iffy.
