From tek@evilsuperbrain.com:
This has a nice atmospheric feel to it. It has a look unlike any other pictures
in the competition, which is an acheivement in itself. It does look a lot like
a watercolour painting.

I'd suggest using more detailed objects in future, because I can't work out what
those things in the foreground are meant to be. Also the arrangement of snow
particles gets a little too regular in places which looks a bit odd.

Well it looks kind of water colored as you tried. I am not sure what
the dark ring looking things are on the snow. Also it took me a while to
figure out the snow flakes were snow flakes. I had thought you were trying to
use a lot of sun-flares.
Some more work on these and you may just be on to something here.

Very good watercolor effect.

"I tried to represent feeling in which it snows in the effect of a watercolor
painting which blurred." ==> I think you succeeded! An intriguing way to apply
a ray tracer, which I have seen attempted only a few times before. I believe
others will follow your lead.

It took me a while to make up my mind that I liked this one...

I tried to visualize the water color before the bluring, but
can't. It is hard to tell what is what in this scene.
