Like the concept here a lot... it made me smile.  
Parasites look good, and I like the lamp.  Textures could 
use some work... too many busy textures for my taste.  
(Although it's hard to imagine a good intestinal wall 
texture that would work... perhaps a simpler pink texture 
would work well enough to get the idea across, without 
fighting the textures of the parasites.)
