The water is a really nice effect.  The reflection of the 
shanty houses and the trees also look very good.  A few 
minor details which could improve the scene would be 
some kind of door into the skyscraper, and possibly 
some signs indicated the major company that owns it.  
Actually, now that I mention it, signs and billboards 
would serve to enchance the contrast between the two 
worlds.
