The use of different colours in each room is very effective. I particularly like
the way that in each case the colour is justified, i.e. blue light from the TV
screen, yellow from the fire, etc.
There's room for improvement on the character modelling and that fire looks a
bit like a cardboard cut-out! :) But on the whole it's nice picture.

I like how most of the image uses very few colours (i.e. 
dreary gray background, solid brick apartment) giving 
more emphasis to the worlds portrayed in the windows.  
Possible ideas for improvement would be to make the 
fire a media object of some sort, and to put some potted 
plants in the windows.

Intriguing concept.  Scene seems a bit underlit.  Brick 
walls look good.  I like the way the lovers are shown as 
shadows on the drapes.  There doesn't seem to be any 
way to get from the entryway to the individual 
apartments.
