You've conveyed the setting of a childs room well.  One 
thing I think would have been more appropriate would 
have been a carpetted room rather than hardwood 
floors.  It was an excellent idea to add the beachball 
and spaceship - the room would have looked too empty 
without them.

A nice dark mood here, suggestive of a child's 
imagination working late at night.  Lighting works well, 
although the corner with the window seems a little too 
dark.  Good contrast between the look of the inner and 
outer worlds.  The hand could use some work, I think... 
if nothing else, the lighting makes it look as if the fingers 
cut off at the knuckles.
