Interesting idea, but you have some technical problems, like the clipping with
the
boy's finger and the book. But it is a neat idea. Maybe some kind of lights or
media
highlighting the objects so that it looks like they came from the book would
make
it look a bit better?

Excellent placement of objects in the scene.  The scene 
would have been greatly improved if the model of the 
child could have been modified so that he had an 
expression of wonder on his face.  Right now, the bright 
light obscures most of his features.

Good interpretation of the topic.  The light on the face 
seems a bit glaring.  The book's cover is cutting into the 
boy's finger (ouch!)
