Very nice image.  I like the detail you have put in to 
creating the objects near the camera.  the coulds look a 
little too thick and heavy for their size.

Some nice work here.  Use of lighted and shadowed 
areas works well.  Like the lamppost and the sky.  
Modelling on the buildings looks a bit simplistic, though.
