IMAGE DESCRIPTION:
The awakening dragon represents the nations of Asia becoming more apparent to the western world.  Too often what is out of sight, is out of mind.  Too often the news and school topics are focused on the western affairs with a disregard for the global community.
DESCRIPTION OF HOW THIS IMAGE WAS CREATED:
Created from scratch.  Started out with a simple cube and used smooth expand and bevel to sculpt the shape.  The texture is primariy weight maps.  A better version is still rendering (radiosity high quality).  I had this early version so I decided to submit it rather than risk not getting it in.  Such is life.
