I like the contrast you have created in the scene by using only greys for the
land and the sky.  The volcanic rock doesn't look too realistic, but the plant
looks excellent.

Before I read the text file, I completely misinterpreted this as
wasteland from a nuclear war or other human destruction.  Including
the volcano in the picture would have helped with that a great deal.
The one lone plane works well, but the rock texture seems much too
smooth to be just-dried volcanic rock, and I think that contributed to
my misunderstanding.
