The water is really nice, but it has 2 flaws: In the front, in the middle, it
looks to cleanly cut at the bottom.. like there was a solid cylinder of water
and someone poored sand to its bottom, instead of the water streaming in/out.
And I think there should be something in the back, now it looks like it is just
cut off there. Besides that, the picture looks really great to me.

I like your concept of the fantasy theme.  The design is fairly static, but the
non-elemental objects bring some tension.  Good color scheme and use of values.
