Artistic Merit: The lighting, and the guardian, look quite nice. But something
is striking me as odd..maybe the wall, or the water, i'm not sure. 12/20.

Technical Merit: I like how that glowing is done. The wings of the creature
looks very polygon-made. There's not that much else, so technical score: 8/20.

Concept, originality, interpretation of theme: Nothing spectacular, but at least
it's a guardian and not a sword, floating over the water.

be clipped so that everything in it is there for a reason.

Nice work on the figure and the lighting effects, 
although the glow around the figure seems somewhat 
regular.  A more detailed background scene would have 
helped this scene a lot for me.
