The photo used for a backdrop doesn't really fit in with the rest of the scene,
and the texture on the big tree trunk looks too low res. Other than that it's a
pretty nice image.

The forest looks good, but can't count as technical points as it's a photo. The

Size of shapes (placement of objects in 3D) is not the only important concept in
composition.  Look at the lines and general movement that results from the
textures, shadows, lighting, and other aspects of the image.  
I am not sure why fairies are fantasy or mysticism.  It seems the theme needs
more analysis.

The glow around the seated fairy works well, and the 
mushroom looks nice.  The background blends into the 
rest of the scene well.  The grass seems a bit too 
straight and rigid, though.  A nice fantasy scene 
nonetheless.
