The theme needs work. . . fantasy is not restricted to Gygax's imagination.  
The floor is excellent, as it creates wonderful light and dark areas leading
between points of interest.  The flame the person is holding would light the
person as well, which could balance the composition a little better.

The dramatic lighting gives this a nice feel, and I love 
the ground.  The various objects scattered around look 
good.  The positioning of the dragon works well, 
although I'd prefer less of a solid green texture on it.  
The torch flame looks very nice.  Overall, a very nice 
scene.
