interesting image.. seems a bit blurry

From StephenF@whoever.com:
Definitely an interesting feel to this. The hand looks
nicely diseased, in keeping with the concept.

Nice concept, liked the cage. The whole image was too red for me.... probably
just preerence but it might have added to the affect if table had not been a
redish color too.

From marcelocarvajal@ieee.org:
It's obvious your work is original, but I don't think it's artistic.
Technically, the image is so fuzzy that it's hard to understand. OK for the
hair in the creatures. The hand looks pretty fake. Sorry.

From lrwii@janics.com:
I like the concept. Everything looks fuzzy, no point of
focus.

Gruesome. Not a good idea to create these creatures, I guess.

This is a generic note about realism:
Realism is nice, but why is realism significant artistically? Is there any
other way(s) to represent more accurately, or more beautifully, which are not
realistic methods?

This is a generic note about light and shadows:
Light casts shadows. In terms of imagery, however, shadows are a changes in hue
or value from one area to another. A change in hue or value is a line. What
you have made is a whole bunch of lines that crisscross everything, making
object lines indistinct. Since there does not seem to be a visual reasoning
(pattern) for this muddling, the image seems confusing.

In your case, however, it seems like the textures themselves may be creating
distracting lines.
