Your Aurora Borialis is the best feature of the image. The streak I thoght was
some sort of laser beam. You might want to cap the streak with a human figure
to show that is from speed.

I'm not sure what that foreground object is, and it's texture doesn't quite make
sense. The northern lights are pretty good, but I wouldn't expect them in the
arctic.

No mesas in the north polar cap, just icebergs :-) .  Ice and snow everywhere.
Good choice of inspiration though.
