How does this relate to the concept of fortress? Jaime Vives Piqueres' describes
it as a "natural fortress" in the text file, but that is using the word in the
definition, which does not elaborate anything.  A list of types of fortresses
is not the same as defining the term.  Moreover, a fortress is not necessarily
a shell. . . they may be two different concepts.
