This is what I would call an "object photo".  Set this into a real scene (Inca
city, bush village, etc) and you might have a real winner.

I think this image could have been improved with attention to soft lighting.  A
more realistic texture for the statue would have helped as well... looks too
plastic... a subtle bump map may have helped.
