You don't necessarily need expensive hardware for good povray work.
The modelling looks quite good, but the textures look unfinished.
Some more work on them would have been good.

I'm afraid your concept score suffered from an inabilty on my part to really
discern what this was an attempt to portray. It might've helped if you'd been
more explicit (I gather I should know from the title but I'm afraid I 
don't). Your textures are a bit bright and monochromatic but cloud 
pattern isn't bad.

Work on  creating an interesting image.  Even if your skills are insufficient to
render something accurately, you can still make something understandable and
worht viewing.  I would not worry much abut realism, though, since there are
plenty of non-realistic images worthy of note (see George Braque's work).
