Good interpretation of topic, and a very nice scene 
overall.  The buildings and the tiles look good, and the 
insects have a nice colorful look.  Unfortunately, while 
both the insects and their surroundings look good, they 
are of such dissimilar styles that their juxtapostion seems 
rather jarring to me. Personally, I think you should have 
gone with making the insects match their surroundings.  
Still, a very nice picture overall.

Hi, I simply love the little spider thingy with the six legs! Lovely image! 
Very nice concept too. I really can't think of anything to complain about, 
so I wont. :) I think it gives a very good impession on heat and drought, 
with a little patch of relief.

Your barren city's few inhabitants are colorful and
stand out well against the background. But the picture
seems empty not simply in "no one is here" way but
in a "if no one is here, why does everything look so
neat" way. I'm not sure I can explain better than that.
