A fairly simple scene, but for me it captures the essence 
of the 'normal' interpretation of worship very well.  The 
fog seems a bit bright, but suits the theme of the scene.  
The fence is a nice use of simple shapes to create a 
complex object.  I think rotating the haloes slightly 
would be a small touch which would help the scene.

Please forgive me, but my immediate reaction to this
was "Look! Lego heaven!" Your people bear a striking
resemblance to Legoland inhabitants.

The fence/gates are very nicely done. I am wondering 
why you chose such a monochromatic scheme, however;
I tend to envision the City of Lights as something colorful
and joyous. This, however, looks somewhat imposing.
Perhaps it is the difference between a theist and an
atheist point of view? :)

Artistic: This image would have looked better if you had toned down the lens
flare a little.  I appreciate that you were trying to acheive that look of the
'bright light' but it has bleached out the other parts of the image
Technical: Nice work on the iron-work fence.
