Well frame, excellent balance and just a little too bright.

Technical - the only thing to comment on is the tree and 
the water drop...The skeleton is awesome.  The sink is 
too clean, but the scene is fantastic (meaning fantasy) 
enough that it is not an issue here.

Interesting contrast.  I don't understand the lighting: it looks to be in
bright sunlight, not under "fluorescent bathroom light" with the sharp
shadow of the tree on the sink.
