I'm sorry that I gave you such low marks. I know that 
thought and effort went into making this image.
Artisitically I don't see any kind of theme or direction.  
You mention trees and water and a Poser figure covering 
blobs.  I see flat roots, purple water and a prone figure 
with no arms.

Technically there is no depth and the roots look very flat 
- probably due to the lighting.

I see no indication of the theme, not even in the text file, 
just the mention that the theme lead you to attempt 
moonlight...
