Artistic - It's hard to do Dark and forbidding.  Nicely done.
Technical - A lot of work here, best touch being the radiator and its feed
pipes.
Concept - A contrast of sorts, but it would not have been immediately
recognizable if not for your Description.

The mood is set very well in this picture.  However, I find 
it overly bare.  It is a very solid and tidy empty room. I 
read why there is no dust, but there should have been 
stains, mold (epecially if it is dank), chips in the wall, and 
other minor detritus..
Technically I was torn...the texturing is very impressive, 
especially since you did it all within Moray/POV Ray..the 
modelling (radiator, window) and lighting (I can't really 
see the table legs), need work.
The mirror is excellent!
Concept - it's a real stretch for me, sorry.

Good textures, but the scene is very very dark.  In other words, the candle
doesn't provide much contrast!
