Artistic - A nice balance between the colours, very pleasing to the eye.
Technical - Good job on the 'hand of God', the devil is a bit more difficult to
make out at first....

Really good picture.  
Excellent layout, lighting is good.  The rock barricade is 
a great touch.  Unfortunately, the demon wings just look 
too bizarre.

Technically:
The hand of God is excellent - texturing and the lens 
flare really sell it.  The sky is great too - conveys power 
and other worldliness.
Sadly the strangely textured wings and not quite clear 
modelling of the demon need some work.

Concept - perfect

Nice effects around the hand, and I like the use of blue 
and orange-red to support the concept.  The wings on 
the devil could use some work, and their texture is a 
little too 'muddy' for my tastes.
