Looks like some very accurate modeling and nice reflections.  Your lighting
looks a little funny (almost no shadows... don't put your light so close to the
camera).  I think you should have done something else to the broken edge of the
test tube.

I like the spilled blood(?)... it has a nice shape and 
texture to it (although it seems too reflective).  The pad 
is a nice touch but seems like it should be thicker.  I like 
both kinds of ceramic tiles used here.  The break in the 
testtube should be more jagged, not a straight cut like it 
is.
